摘  要:结合实际生产,对宽厚板坯表面横裂纹、纵裂纹、氩气泡疤产生的原因进行了机理性分析。提出了消除宽板坯表面质量缺陷的具体措施。采用较弱的二冷配水,适当高的拉坯速度及矫直温度等,有助于降低表面横裂纹缺陷;采用较低且稳定的拉坯速度,低的吹氩量及水口浸入深度,有助于降低表面氩气泡疤缺陷;结晶器采用缓冷工艺,保持较小的液面波动等可有效防止铸坯表面纵裂纹的发生。With the actual production, generated reason of surface transverse crack, slit and argon blister of wide slab have been analyzed. Specific means were put to get rid of mass defect of surface on the slab. Using weak cooling pattern and higher velocity and straight temperature were helped to reduce surface transverse crack. Using lower and steady velocity, few argon quantity and shallow depth of nozzle were helped to reduce surface argon blister. Using slow cooling mold and keep lower fluctuation could reduce surface slit of slab.
