Burden Flow Trajectory Affected by Charging Parameters While Using Bell-Less Top in Blast Furnace

摘  要:高炉炉料入炉其料面的落点分布受炉顶布料设备参数、操作参数以及煤气流的影响。在总结前人料流轨迹计算模型的基础上,考虑了科氏力及三个方向煤气曳力对炉料运动的影响,建立了料流轨迹数学模型。应用VC编写程序,计算并分析各参数对料流轨迹的影响,结果表明,科氏力对料流轨迹影响较大;径向煤气流由高炉中心流向边缘时,落点半径随粒径的增加而增大;煤气流由高炉边缘流向中心时,落点半径随粒径的增加而减小;小粒径焦炭和烧结矿受煤气流影响较大。The falling positions of the burden are affected by charging equipment parameters, operational parameters and coal gas flow parameters. Using predecessor's experiences, also taking account of Coriolis force and three directional coal gas flow, the trajectory mathematical model of burden flow is built. Using visual C language to make a program here, the trajectory of the burden flow affected by the parameters is calculated and analyzed. Results show that the burden flow is affected by the Coriolis force greatly; when coal gas flow is from center to periphery, the diameter is bigger, the falling position is farther; when coal gas flow is from periphery to center, the diameter is smaller, the falling position is farther; the coke and sinter whose diameters are small are affected hy coal gas greatly.
