摘  要:基于有限元方法,利用ANSYS软件模拟计算了大圆坯连铸结晶器电磁搅拌(M-EMS)器内三维磁场分布,分析了铜管厚度、断面和搅拌电流、频率对磁场分布的定量影响,并通过磁场的实验测定对数学模型进行了验证。研究表明,磁场模拟结果与实测结果吻合得较好;结晶器铜管对磁场具有较强的屏蔽作用,铜管越厚,屏蔽作用越强;小断面结晶器内磁感应强度大于大断面的情况;磁感应强度随着频率的增大而减小,随电流的增大而增大。Based on finite element theory, the commercial software ANSYS has been used to compute the three-dimensional distribution of electromagnetic field for round bloom continuous casting mold electromagnetic stirrer. Numerical simulation of mould electromagnetic stirrer of round bloom continuous casting has been carried out, and the effects of factors such as mold tube thickness, diameter, electric current and frequency on magnetic field distri- bution have been studied. Experiment has been done to validate the model. The result shows that the simulated values coincide well with the measured ones, the magnetic field is shielded by mold tube the thicker the mold tube, the more obvious is the shielding action the magnetic flux density in the small diameter mold is stronger than that in the bigger diameter mold, and the magnetic flux density decreases with increasing frequency and increases with increasing current
