摘  要:采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA商用数值模拟计算软件分析了H型钢轧后空冷的温度场,并在此基础上研究了不同温度场下H型钢不同部位的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,与翼缘1/4、1/2处和腹板相比,H型钢截面R处的冷却速度最小。在冷却速度影响下,H型钢不同部位的显微组织不同。冷却速度越小,最终的铁素体晶粒越粗大,强度和冲击功越低。Using ANSYS/LS DYNA commercial software, the analysis of temperature field of air-cooled H beam after hot rolling was made. On the basis of numerical computation result of temperature distribution, the microstructures and mechanical properties of H beam at different cross-sectional positions were studied. The results showed that the cooling rate at R position was much lower than that at 1/4 flange, 1/2 flange and sternum, which had an important effect on the microstructures of H beam at different position. The lower the cooling rate, the coarser were the ultimate ferrite grains and the lower were the yield strength and impact energy.
