摘 要:研究了旧报纸脱墨浆(DIP)和漂白麦草浆(WSP)配用杨木BCTMP对纸张主要物理性能的影响。与DIP和WSP相比,杨木BCTMP的纤维柔顺性系数较大,纤维更为挺硬。在DIP和WSP中分别配用杨木BCTMP,随着杨木BCTMP配比的增大,纸张的松厚度和透气度显著增加,纸张抗张强度和PPS粗糙度在一定程度上受到影响,其影响程度取决于杨木BCTMP的配比。在DIP中配用杨木BCTMP后,纸张匀度得到改善,不透明度略有降低。在WSP中配用杨木BCTMP,可改善纸张的不透明度,但对纸张匀度的影响则因匀度值区间而有所不同。In this study, aspen BCTMP was added to deinked old newsprint pulp (DIP) and bleached wheat straw chemical pulp (WSP) respectively, and its influence on paper properties was investigated. To further understand the contribution of different pulps to the paper bulk, fiber flexibility was measured by using a Bauer-McNett classifier and a Fiber Quality Analyzer. Comparing with DIP and WSP fibers, aspen BCTMP has a greater fiber flexibility coefficient, i.e. stiffer fibers. By blending BCTMP with both DIP and WSP, the bulk and porosity of the resultant paper can be significantly improved. Adding BCTMP improves the paper formation (PPF) but decreases the paper opacity for the furnish of DIP/BCTMP, while increases the paper opacity for the WSP/BCTMP. Increasing ratio of BCTMP deteriorates to some extent the paper surface smoothness and tensile strength for both pulp blends, but the negative effect depends on the added amount of BCTMP.
