摘 要:对杂交构树的浸渍吸液性能和APMP制浆最优化条件进行了研究。结果表明,杂交构树木材结构疏松,经过挤碾处理的木片药液容易浸透。杂交构树APMP制浆最优化条件为:一段化学处理NaOH用量为4.0%,H2O2用量为1.0%;二段化学处理NaOH的用量为2.0%,H2O2的用量为4.0%。杂交构树APMP制浆最优化条件下得率79.1%,浆张裂断长达到2.95km,耐折度2次,耐破度1.14kPa,撕裂指数3.74mN.m2/g,不透明度91.8%。不同条件下制得的杂交构树APMP浆与化学木浆配抄的轻型印刷纸和新闻纸,主要物理性能指标分别达到相应的标准要求。The alkaline peroxide mechanical pulping (APMP) of hybrid paper mulberry was studied in this paper. The results indicated that the structure of hybrid paper mulberry is loose, and the chips have better liquor absorptive character after squeezing. The optimized chemical pretreatment condition of APMP is: at the first chemical pretreatment stage, dosage of NaOH is 4.0%, dosage of H2O2 is 1.0% ; at the second chemical pretreatment stage, dosage of NaOH is 2.0%, dosage of H2O2 is 4.0%. The yield of APMP is 79.1% at the optimal condition, and the breaking length, burst, tear index and opacity reach to 2.95 km, 1.14 kPa, 3.74 mN·m^2/g and 91.8% respectively. Simultaneously the physical properties of the bulky paper and the newsprint produced with the furnish of APMP and chemical wood-pulp are all higher than the requirements of the excellent bulky paper and newsprint standards.
