摘　　要：为进一步对鸡源地衣芽孢杆菌抗生素抗性基因进行定位,研究通过药敏试验、吖啶橙和SDS质粒消除试验及原生质体转化试验证明,鸡源地衣芽孢杆菌卡那霉素抗性基因是质粒编码而不是由染色体编码,这对益生菌菌株的开发应用具指导意义。In order to locate the resistant gene of Bacillus licheniformis of Chicken Origin,the elimination of plasmid by acridine orange or by SDS and the transformation of protoplast. The results proved that Bacillus licheniformis were resistant to kanamycin and sensitive to the other antibiotics,and Kan resistance genes are located on the plasmid pBL instead of the chromosome. It was of an important guiding significance in application the development of the probioties.
