摘　　要：为探讨控制白色污染的最佳方法，本文运用系统工程的思想，分析了技术、经济、政策、法规、管理、教育等诸因素在控制白色污染系统中的作用及各因素之间的相关性和系统整体性，提出了有效控制白色污染应采取的对策。In order to research the efficient method of plastics pollution,according to the thinking of Systems Engineering,the effects of technology,economy,policy,laws and regulation,manage and education are discussed in control plastics pollution,the interrelation of factor integrality system are analyzed.Finally,the policies of controlling efficientily plastics pollution are given.
