摘  要:针对现有小型转子发动机微型化后存在尺寸较小且装配困难、部分复杂型面无法采用传统加工方式等问题,综合考虑熄火距离对燃烧稳定性的影响,通过对微型发动机基本结构和参数的设计与优化,改善了三角转子发动机的基本性能。采用一体化设计方案简化了转子发动机的零件结构,减少了装配零件数量,降低了装配误差。通过设计慢走丝加工方案,完成了对复杂型面的加工,保证了加工精度,降低了漏气间隙。最后,通过三区准维模型计算得到了微型转子发动机的基本性能参数。研究结果证明了设计方案的可行性,为转子发动机的微型化提供了参考。Aiming at solving the problems in miniaturization of rotary engines, such as assembling difficulties in small size, com- plex surfaces processing problems, considering quenching distance influence on the stability of combustion, performance of a Wankel rotary piston engine was improved through optimizing the basic structure and parameters. Integrated design was adopted to simplify the part structure of the rotary engine and reduce parts quantity and assembling error. Slow-travelling speed method was used in processing of complex surfaces to ensure the machining accuracy and reduce leakage. Basic performance parameters of the micro rotary engine were calculated through a three-zone quasi dimension model. The results indicate that the design has feasibility, and it can provide reference for miniaturization of the rotary engine.
