摘  要:针对等流量柱塞泵凸轮轮廓运动规律复杂、加工编程要求高的状况,提出了对轮廓曲线进行最小二乘法拟合与数控编程的方法。首先根据凸轮运动规律按等间隔参数法对凸轮曲线进行了分段离散,对离散点用最小二乘法拟合出凸轮的第一段圆弧;再根据所计算的拟合圆与凸轮曲线的偏差用最小二乘法拟合以得到其余各圆弧段;最终完成了整个轮廓拟合及数控编程。研究结果表明,用该方法进行等流量柱塞泵凸轮的数控编程,拟合圆弧段少、光顺性好,避免了在数控加工时产生振动,可提高加工质量。Aiming at a complex movement and high request, a method of least squares fitting in NC programming was presented for the cam profile curves in constant flow pump. First of all, according to the laws of cam movement, the sub-discrete of cam profile curves was done by interval parameter and the discrete points were fitted into the first arc by using least squares method. Then fitting the deviation in calculated fitting circle and cam profile curves, the remaining arcs were gotten. Finally the whole cir- cle fitting and NC programming were realized. The results indicate that by this means for constant flow pump cam NC program- ming, the less fitting arcs are need and higher smoothing face is gotten, the vibrations generated when the CNC machining are a- voided and processing quality is improved.
