摘  要:利用简化的SSR标记技术对甘蓝型油菜杂交种丰油701、丰油730和湘杂油4号的制种样进行纯度分析,并将丰油701收获样各单株的SSR分析结果与其育性表现进行了比对.结果筛选了38对SSR引物,其中引物Na10-D09在3个品种的不育系与恢复系间的扩增片段大小均存在差异.种植鉴定和SSR鉴定的纯度比较分析表明,SSR技术得到的纯度鉴定结果较种植鉴定的结果更为可靠.Purity identification of seed production samples of three hybrid rapeseed(Brassca napus L.) varieties, Fengyou701, Fengyou730 and Xiangzayou4, was conducted by simplified SSR molecular marker technique, and the identification results on premature pods samples and mature seeds samples by two identification methods, SSR and planting in field, were compared. And then, SSR identification results and the fertility performance of all plants came from matured seeds of Fengyou701 were contrasted one by one. These results showed that: There was a big difference in the size of the amplification segment between the 3 varieties from both fertility and restore lines by primer Na10-D09 selected from 38 SSR primer pairs. Comparative analysis indicated that SSR molecular marker technique produced a higher veracity in purity identification.
