LISS钢板治疗胫骨多节段骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨经皮微创稳定系统LISS治疗胫骨多节段骨折的临床效果。方法：LISS治疗胫骨近段及中下段骨折10例,其中车祸伤8例,压砸伤1例,高处坠落伤1例。骨折按AO分型C1型3例,C2型5例,C3型2例。开放性骨折2例,闭合性骨折8例。结果：全部病例获得随访,时间为2-20个月,平均12个月。切口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后X线片复查示骨折对位对线良好。按Johner-W ruhs方法评价,优8例,良2例。总满意率100%。结论：LISS钢板治疗胫骨复杂性骨折术中创伤小,大大提高治愈时间,且并发症少,是一种有效的内固定方法。Objective： To discuss the curative effect of application of LISS in treatment of splintered fracture of proximal tibia. Method：10 cases were fixed with LISS steel plate, road accident in 8,crushing in 1, dropping in 1. AO ： C 1：3, C2 ： 5, C3 ： 2 . opening injury for 2, closing injury for 2. Result： All cases were healed in first stage after 2 -20 months follow -up （12 months in average）. There were 8 cases excellent,2 cases good healed with standard of Johner-wruhs method with total satisfactory rate of 100 %. Conclusion： There might be a higher successful rate and easy to perform without complication for LISS in treatment of splintered fracture of proximal tibia.
