摘　　要：目的:观察人工压迫止血,YM-GU动脉压迫止血器,Angio-seal血管闭合器在冠脉介入术止血的安全性和有效性。方法:实验对象本单位共完成冠状动脉介人诊治406例,男171例,年龄(62.5±7.8)岁,女235例,年龄(64.2±8.9)岁。进行人工压迫止血174例,YM-GU一动脉压迫止血器127例,使用Angioseal血管缝合器止血105例。比较二组的止血时间、制动时间和血管并发症发生率。结果:两组患者与人工压迫法比较止血时间及下肢制动时间均显著缩短(P<0.01,P<0.01):介入治疗中,Angio-seal血管闭合器血管并发症发生率为7.6%,YM-GU动脉压迫止血器为4.7%,均较人工压迫组9.2%,明显减少(P均<0.05),止血成功率各组间无明显差异。结论:Angio-seal血管缝合器,YM-GU一动脉压迫止血器有效缩短止血时间及下肢制动时间,而YM-GU一动脉压迫止血器适用性更广,并发症的发生率明显低于传统压迫止血方法。Objective： To observe the safety and effectiveness of manual compression , YM - GU artery oppress, and Angio- seal blood vessel closure in coronary intervention . Method ： The experimental object are 406 cases of coronary artery interface treatment in our unit, including 171 cases of man aged at（ 62. 5 ± 7.8 ） years , and 235 female cases aged at （64.2 ± 8.9 ） years. In this research , 174 cases were treated with manual compression, as well as 127 cases with YM - GU artery oppress and 105 cases with angioseal blood vessel closure. Compares two groups of bleeding time, braking time and vascular complications. Result ： The bleeding and braking time of the two groups showed significantly shorten , compared to manual compression （P 〈 0.01 , P 〈 0.01 ） . In interventional therapy, vascular complications rate is 7.6% in Angi- oseal -blood vessel -closure group ,and 4.7% in YM - GU artery difference between each rate. Conclusion ： YM - GU artery oppress, and Angi oppress group, both of which less more than 9.2% in oseal blood vessel elosure is effectively shorten time to stop bleeding and braking. Meanwhile ,YM - GU artery oppress is wider applicability manual - compression group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. However, there is no obvious and the incidence of complications obviously lower than manual compression.
