摘　　要：阐述了孤岛采油厂以加强监督机构、完善监督机制为着力点,在监督人员、检验手段、监督流程等方面采取的措施,用完善的监督体系来提高监督保障能力,加强入厂物资的环节管理,实施多轮次、多环节的现场监督检查,确保了进入生产领域物资的质量,维护了采油厂的合法权利,促进了采油厂物资管理水平的提高。It is explained that Gudao Oil Factory started with the enhancement of supervisory organization and perfection of supervisory mechanism, adopted some measures in the aspects such as supervisors, testing methods, supervising procedure, and then improved the supervision guarantee capacity by the application of perfect supervisory system. Then by strengthening the link management of landed materials, and implementing field supervision inspection of muhi-times and multi-links, the factory has guaranteed the quality of material entering the production fields, safeguarded the legal right of oil factory, and thus improved the material management in the oil factory
