摘 要:从训练学角度入手,对中、日、美三国游泳高原训练的目的、模式、周期与强度进行详细的比较分析后发现:中国高原游泳训练为能力主导型,训练周期为3-4周,量与强度略低于平地;日本高原训练为状态主导型,训练周期由3周逐渐变为4周,量与平地基本相同,并保持高强度;美国日常与赛前训练都会选用高原训练模式,把高原自然低氧环境与人工低氧训练结合使用,训练周期为4周,量与平地相同,强度接近平地。A detailed comparison is made between the goal, model, period, and intensity of plateau swimming training of China, Japan and America from the perspective of training science. It is concluded: Chinese plateau swimming training is ability - oriented, the training period lasts three to four weeks, and the training load and intensity are a little bit lower than those in the fiat swimming training. Japanese plateau swimming training is state - oriented, the training period gradually changes from three to four weeks, there is basically the same training load in plateau training as in plat training and high intensity is maintained. American plateau swimming training is employed in regular and pre - match training, plateau natural low - oxygen environment and artificial low - oxygen environment are combined in training, the training period lasts four weeks, there is the same training load in plateau training as in plat training and there is roughly the same training intensity in plateau training as in plat training.
