摘  要:利用小麦水培试验,研究了硒(Na2SeO3)和土壤富里酸(Fulvicacid,FA)对小麦幼苗糖代谢的影响.结果表明,硒在植物生长的初期可以促进幼苗糖代谢,可溶性糖含量和α淀粉酶活力明显增加,富里酸对这一过程有抑制作用.处理1周和2周后,硒开始抑制植株糖代谢,富里酸可减轻抑制作用.由实验结果分析知,可溶性糖含量与α淀粉酶活力保持良好的相关性,说明相互作用机理是通过应激相关酶体系实现的.nfluences of selenite and funlvic acid (FA) on the sugar metabolism in wheat seedling were studied by greenhouse hydroponical experiment. The results showed that selenite can stimulate the sugar metabolism in wheat seedling in the early stage of growth and the process was inhibited by the existence of soil FA. At later stage, selenite turns to inhibit the sugar metabolism and FA plays an role of detoxication, so as to maintain the higher level of sugar metabolism. Since there is a significant correlation between the content of soluble saccharides and activity of α\|amylase, the influence of the interaction between selenite and FA on plant growth could be due to the action on the related enzymatic processes.
