摘　　要：药物支架治疗冠状动脉性心脏病在临床上已经取得了良好的效果。然而,支架术后血栓问题困扰着人们。新型药物支架的研发不断进行,现分别对选用不同支架材料、药物载体、涂层药物及药物释放方式的新型药物支架的研究进展进行综述。The use of drug stents in the treatment of coronary heart disease has had a great effect in the clinical setting. However, the development of thrombosis has been a problem for patients. Research and development of novel drug stents should be ongoing. This article reviews existing novel drug stents and the difterent materials and methods including the coating carrier, coating drug, and drug-delivery methods.
