摘　　要：随着心肌缺血再灌注损伤机制及缺血后处理保护机制逐步被阐明,药物后处理作为一种更有临床实用价值的方法越来越多的被研究。现重点阐述相关药物应用于再灌注期所模拟的内源性保护机制中的主要环节或触发的具体物质,以及近几年来药物后处理研究方面取得的进展。Increasingly, pharmacolgical postconditioning followed by myocardial ischemic reperfusion, and ischemic postconditioning has been identified as a valuable clinical methodology. This article reviews some important links mimicked or triggered by endogenous protective mechanisms by drugs administrated in the period of reperfusion, and some developments made in pharmacological postconditioning research in the last few years.
