摘  要:利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X-射线衍射物相分析以及显微硬度测定的方式,分析比较了原始喷焊层和激光重熔喷焊层以及经400℃、500℃、550℃、600℃、650℃、700℃和750℃分别进行1h和3h回火处理的Ni基合金喷焊层的显微组织、硬度和耐磨性。结果表明:原始喷焊层的组织主要由γ-(Ni,Fe)和硬质相Cr23C6、Cr7C3、Cr5B3、NiB、Fe3B、Ni3B、CrB、Fe2B等组成。经激光重熔的喷焊层与原始喷焊层相比,显微组织得到明显细化,而且硬度和耐磨性都有较大提高。激光重熔喷焊层再经600℃×3h回火后硬度值达到最大,耐磨性最好。Microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of spray-welded Ni-based alloy coatings with laser remelting and tempering at 400 ℃,500 ℃,550℃,600 ℃,650 ℃,700 ℃and 750℃ for 1 hour and 3 hours,respectively,were analyzed by optical microscopy, scanning electric microscopy,X-ray diffraction technique and microhardness measurement method.For the original spray-welded coatings,it showed that they were composed of 3' -(Ni, Fe), Cr23C6,Cr7C3,Cr3B3, NiB,Fe3B,Ni3B, CrB, Fe2B and so on.Fnr the spraywelded coatings after remelting,it was found that the grains were fined obviously and the hardness and wear resistance were enhanced greatly.When the coatings were tempered at 600℃ for 3 hours, the hardness and wear resistance reached the maxima.
