摘　　要：介绍了多层包扎尿素合成塔钛衬里更换修理的方法及过程,重点阐述了施工中对钛衬里的切除、基层的修复补焊及新钛衬里的贴紧、焊接等,制作专用工具,保证钛衬里与基层的贴合间隙,制作专用氩弧焊拖罩保证钛衬里的焊接质量,成功地修复了该塔并投入使用,总结了一套修复钛衬里设备的有效方法,可为同行业该类设备的修理借鉴。Introduces the process and procedure for the replacing and repairing for titanium lining of usea synthesis tower,the emphasis of exposition is laid on the cutting of titanium lining,the repairing welding of basic layer,the clinging and welding of the new titanium lining and so on.To ensure the clearance between titanium lining and basic layer by special tool, and to ensure welding qulity of titanium lining by trailer cover for TIG welding.Urea synthesis tower is repaired successfully and put into use again.A set of effective methods have been summarized to get more economic benefits with lowest cost and minimum of time,and make a reference for the repairing of titanium lining equipment in the same industry.
