摘　　要：简要概述了修复巴氏合金轴瓦的方法和工艺。通过介绍轴瓦焊接修复的要求、焊丝制备、轴瓦表面处理以及焊接修复工艺参数的确定等,进一步阐述了巴氏合金轴瓦修复的特点和处理方法,为类似问题的解决提供了参考。It briefly summarizes the way and craft to repair ZchSnSbl1-6-0 axle bush.Through introducing the requisites of jointing repair,producing of welding rod,disposal of axle bush appearance,and definition of parameter in jointing repaire.h farther explains the characteristing and measures in repaire ZchSnSbl 1-6-0 axle bush and offer reference to dispose similar problems.
