混抄法制备可逆温致变色防伪纸的研究

摘  要:采用混抄法制备可逆温致变色纸,探讨了可逆温致变色微胶囊对造纸湿部化学、纸张光学性能与物理性能的影响,对可逆温致变色防伪纸的性能也进行了初步评价。研究结果表明:可逆温致变色微胶囊的加入未对纸浆体系湿部化学主要参数产生影响,但浆料滤水速度有所降低;随着可逆温致变色微胶囊用量的增加,纸张的白度明显降低,吸收系数和不透明度增大,而光散射系数的变化很小。当可逆温致变色微胶囊的用量低于0.6%时,其对纸张裂断长、撕裂指数和耐折次数影响均较小,但随着其用量的继续增加,裂断长明显降低,撕裂指数和耐折次数没有发生显著变化;可逆温致变色纸张具有较高的耐压性和耐温性。Reversible thermochromatic anti-counterfeiting paper was prepared by the mixing method and the effect of reversible thermochromatic microcapsule on wet end chemistry,optical properties and physical properties of pulp and paper was studied in this paper and the properties of reversible thermochromatic anti-counterfeiting paper was evaluated.The results indicate that the addition of reversible thermochromatic material has no influence on the major parameters of the pulp system in the wet end chemistry but the drainage speed of the pulp decreased to some extent;with the increase of the dosage of reversible thermochromatic microcapsule,the brightness of the paper decreases remarkably,the absorption coefficient and opacity increased whereas light-scattering coefficient has little change.When the dosage of reversible thermochromatic microcapsule was lower than 0.6%(by wt),it has no obvious effect on the paper breaking length,tearing index and endurance times but with the increase of the dosage of reversible thermochromatic material the breaking length decreased obviously but the tear index and endurance times changed little;reversible thermochromatic paper had a higher pressure resistance and heat resistance.
