低定量涂布纸透印的分析

摘　　要：从印刷工艺和纸张性能方面探讨了造成低定量涂布纸透印的因素,包括油墨层厚度、印刷压力、油墨渗透和纸张不透明度等,分析了这些因素和透印的关系。然后对正常印刷条件下这些因素造成的透印程度作了比较,并对如何降低透印提出了相应对策。The factors such as the thickness of ink film, printing press,ink penetration and the opacity of paper, which result in the print-through of light weight coated paper,were discussed from the aspects of printing technology and paper performance and the relationship between these factors and print-through were discussed.The printthrough values caused by these factors in normal printing condition were compared and some measures to decrease the print-through were proposed.
