摘  要:带式差动行星齿轮无级变速器是一种可进行无级调速的封闭式行星轮系,实际上是带式无级变速器和行星轮系的组合。在对带式无级变速调速范围和差动轮系研究的基础上,给出了设计带式差动行星齿轮无级变速器的方法。并通过实例,给出了研究此类无级变速器功率流分析和啮合效率计算的新方法。结果表明,应用此方法可设计出调速方便、承载能力强、效率高、调速范围大的带式差动行星齿轮无级变速器。The belt-differential planetary gear continuously variable transmission is a closed planetary gear train the speed of which is adjustable. The way of designing this kind of gear train has been introduced in this paper based on the study of speed regulation range and differential gears. Meanwhile, a new method for analysis of gear train power flow and calculation for meshing efficiency has been also put forward in the paper though an example. As a result, with this method the belt-differential planetary gear continuously variable transmission with speed Conveniently, high carrying capacity and efficient, large speed range can be designed.
