摘 要:曲柄滑块机构的传统设计过程存在设计周期长、计算粗略等问题,计算结果具有多解的特点,无法在设计过程中确定哪一个结果具有最佳传动性能。本文在分析了曲柄滑块机构的最小传动角与构件尺寸的关系的基础上,给出了一种新的设计方法,对实现机构最佳传动的相关参数进行了组合优化,并绘制成图表。该图表中包含了最小传动角,行程速比系数及偏距与冲程的比值H/e。在给定设计条件的前提下,可直接通过该图表确定组成最佳传动机构的其它参数值。在生产实践中,具有方法简单、使用方便的特点。Crank-Slider mechanism of the traditional design process of a long design cycle, and so on a rough calculation, the calculation results of the characteristics of multiple solutions can not be determined during the design process, a result which has the best transmission performance. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the minimum transmission angle and the structure size of the crank-slider mechanism, a novel method of realizing the optimal transmission is presented in this paper. The optimal combination design is made with the related optimal transmission parameters. The diagram of the optimal transmission is drawn. The chart contains the minimum transmission angle, travel speed ratio coefficient and partial stroke distance and the ratio of H/e According to the given requirements, the optimal transmission parameters can be chosen in the diagram. The method is simple and convenient in the practical use.
