摘　　要：针对传统的成组技术多侧重于产品零件分类编码系统研究的情况,研究了一种面向整个物料的基于成组技术GT的CIMS分类编码系统模型,它是分级柔性的。此外,结合某企业物料的编码实例进行了验证,并在产品生命周期管理PLM系统中实现。For the condition that traditional group technology focuses on classification and coding system of parts, a kind of CIMS classification and coding system model based on GT（group technology） is researched for the whole material system. It has several grading flexibility. Moreover, the model has verified through the material coding examples of an enterprise, and carried out in the PLM （product lifecycle management） system.
