人体蠕形螨病的研究进展

摘　　要：人体蠕形螨是专性寄生在人体毛囊和皮脂腺的一种永久性寄生螨，有毛囊蠕形螨和皮脂蠕形螨2种，主要寄生在人体面部。虫体对机体的机械性、化学性刺激和机体对刺激的反应性及伴随细菌感染等原因，可以引起相应部位的皮肤病变，从而对患者的面容和身心健康造成很大影响。本文就人体面部蠕形螨病的临床症状、致病机制、诊断方法、预防及治疗进行综述。Human Demodex is a permanent parasitic mite that is obligatorily harbors in hair follicle and in pilosebaceous glands of human skin, especially human faial skin, containing Demodex folliculorum and D. brevis. Mechanical and chemical stimulation of the mites accompanying with bacterial infection induce lesious. Beauty and health of human are badly influenced in the patients suffered from demodicidosis. This article summarized the clinical symptoms, pathogenesis mechanism, examination methods, treatment and prevention of human facial demodicidosis.
