摘　　要：中医药治疗排卵障碍性不孕症疗效确切，无明显不良反应。随着越来越多的中医学者在本病的治疗方面进行不断的研究，中医药对本病的治疗已显示出越来越大的优势。本文从辨证论治、中药人工周期疗法、针药结合、中西医结合疗法几个方面阐述了近年来中医药治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的概况及进展。Traditional Chinese medicine have an accurate effect on treating anovulatory infertility, and there have no obvious adverse reactions. With the development of traditional Chinese medicine, more and more superiority in treating anovulatory infertility can be shown. This article elaborate the overview and progress in treating anovulatory infertility with traditional Chinese medicine from these following aspects ： diagnosis and treatment, the treatment of artificial cycle with Chinese medicine, acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine, cooperation of Chinese and western medicine therapy.
