摘　　要：分析了昆明市交通供给、管理和需求的现状,研究造成主城区道路交通压力居高不下的宏观和微观原因,从交通组织管理、交通控制和交通设计3个方面出发,提出主城区道路交通控制与管理改进方案,并给出改进方案与所解决的交通问题之间的对应关系,这些改进方案可以减轻交通压力和缓解供需矛盾,同时也可以提高交通安全与秩序.This paper tried to analyse current status of Kunming traffic supply, demand and management. It studied macro and micro causes of high road traffic pressure in main urban area. Starting at three aspects of traffic management, traffic control and traffic design, we put forward improvement programs of road traffic control and management in the main urban area, and gave corresponding relationships between improvement programs and traffic problems. These programs could not only reduce the road traffic pressure and ease the contradiction between supply and demand, but also improve road traffic safety and order.
