摘　　要：根据骨髓增生异常/骨髓增殖性疾病(MD/MPD)的特性以及临床表现的双重性,认为其病机为邪毒与营血相抟,结成癥瘕,终成正虚瘀结之虚实夹杂证,表现既有因虚劳而致的脾肾精气之不足,又有血实瘀结之盛候,治疗总以补虚化瘀为主旨。According to characters and clinic symptoms of MD/MPD, we consider that pathogenesis are the minglement of pathogenic toxins and nutrient blood, and forming the symptom complex with a mass or swelling,in the end showing the mixing of deficiency and excess--deficiency of the vital essestial and blood stasis. The principle of treatment is reinforcing the deficiency and eliminating the stasis. Because we must pay attention to general debility--deficiency of cogenital essence of the spleen and kidney,and substantial blood--excess of stagnation of blood.
