摘 要:目的:研究不同浓缩程度对四神汤煎出液中补骨脂成分的影响。方法:把四神汤煎出液在相同温度、持续时间条件下,减压浓缩到原始体积5%、10%、20%、30%、40%,稀释到原始体积;利用高效液相色谱法,对原始汤液和不同浓缩后产物中补骨脂进行图谱检测。结果:在62℃时,浓缩程度小于90%,补骨脂的成分损失无明显差异,当浓缩程度达到95%时,其成分损失快速增加。结论:当中药汤液浓缩到一定程度时,对其成分有明显影响。Under the same temperature and persistence time, reduced pressure,the decoction is condensed to become 5% .10%. 20% .30% .40% of the primitive volume ,then dilute to reach the primitive volume;By high efficiency liquid chromatography,we detected Fructus Psoralea's colour spectrums of the primitive decoction and the diverse condensed productions. By correlations ,we study the influence of diverse condensed degree to Fructus Psoralea's ingredients in Four-Miracle Decoction. The result indicates : When its condeused degree is no mare than 800/0, the ingredient's expenses of Fmctus Psomlea haven't conspicuous discrepancy. When its condensed degree reaches 95%, the ingredient's expenses of Fructus Psoralea are conspicuous. On these grounds ,we draw a conclusion that when the primitive decoction is condensed into a certain degree ,its ingredients are influenced greatly.
