摘　　要：原发性骨质疏松症的发病机理是治疗骨质疏松症的首要理论前提,在这个理论中,中医学的"肾虚多瘀"的西医"激素的缺乏"是相辅相成的,了解中西医对原发性骨质疏松症产生的机理的认识,对其治疗有重要的指导意义。To study the etiopathogenisis of Primary osteoporosis is the premise of treatment. Dificiency of kidney in Chinese medicine and deficiency of hormone in western medicine are supplemented each other. To understand the etiopathogenisis of of Primary osteoporosis in Chinese and western medicine is significant to therapy.
