运用滋肾通关丸加减治疗中老年女性尿路感染临床观察68例

摘　　要：目的:观察滋肾通关丸加减治疗中老年女性尿路感染的临床疗效。方法:根据中老年女性尿路感染病机特点,采用滋肾通关丸加减治疗观察本病68例,并作前后疗效观察。结果:治疗总有效率为88.2%,其中治愈34例,显效16例,有效10例,无效8例。结论:具有滋阴补肾、清热通淋作用的滋肾通关丸加减治疗中老年女性尿路感染具有较好疗效。Objective：To observe on the clinical efficacy of Zishen Tongguan Pill in Treating urinary tract infection on elderly women. Methods ： According to the pathogenesis features of elderly women of urinary tract infection, maked clinical observation of 68 cases of this disease treated with Zishen Tongguan Pill and the therapeutic comparison were observed before and after treatment. Results：34 cases healed completely well,16 cases had marked effect,10 cases had effect,8 cases without effect,and the to- tal effective rate was 88. 2%. Conclusion ： With the role of nourishing the Kidney - Yin and clearing heat and excreting dampness, Zishen Tongguan Pill had better therapeutic effect in treating elderly women of urinary tract infection.
