强心复脉颗粒改善病态窦房结综合征患者心率的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察强心复脉颗粒提高病态窦房结综合征患者心率的作用。方法:将53例确诊为病态窦房结综合征的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,其中试验组32例,予强心复脉颗粒口服,对照组21例,予阿托品口服,疗程均为4周。治疗结束后比较两组治疗前后心率的变化。结果:试验组和对照组24h平均心率分别增加6次/min和3次/min,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:强心复脉颗粒可以明显提高病态窦房结综合征患者的心率,是治疗病窦综合征的有效药物。Objective：To observe the imperovement of heart rate by Qiangxin Fumai Granule（QXFMG） on sick sinus syndrome patients. Methods ：53 patients with sick sinus syndrome were randomly divided into treat group and control group. The patients in the treat group were given QXFMG and the patients in the control group were given atropine orally, with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups. Results：The imperovement of heart rate in the treat group were significantly different from the control group （P 〈0. 01 ）. The average rate in the treat group increased 6 per minute,while it was 3 per minute in the control group. Conclusion：OXFMG could obviouslv improve the patients＇ heart rate ,which is effective in treating sick sinus syndrome.
