摘  要:目的:优选消疮颗粒剂的提取工艺。方法:以加水倍数和提取时间为主要影响因素,以绿原酸含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,用星点设计_效应面法筛选提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加入11倍量水,提取2次,每次1h。结论:采用星点设计_效应面法优选消疮颗粒剂的提取工艺方法简便,具有良好的预测性。Objective :The extraction technics of Xiaochuang granules was optimized. Methods :The maininfluential factors of extraction effect included the quantity of water and extraction time. Conditions of the extraction were evaluated by the yield of extract and the content of chlorogenic acid. The optimal extraction technics of Xiaochuang granules was selected by central composite design_response surface methodology. Results:The optimal conditions are extraction two times, one hours each time with eleven fold of waer. Conclusion : It is simple, convenient and high predictive to optimize the exraction technics of Xiaochuang granules by central composite design_response surface methodology.
