针刺治疗阿片类药物依赖稽延性戒断症状气血两虚型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨同一针刺方法对3组稽延性戒断症状毒瘀蕴结-气血两虚型(简称气血两虚型)患者疗效影响。方法:根据成瘾程度将75例患者分为A、B、C 3组,每组25例,用同一针刺方法进行治疗,同时记录针刺前、第5、10、15次症状积分。结果:3组临床总有效率分别为A组:68%,B组:72%,C组:80%。组间比较无显著性差异(χ2=1.061,P=0.588>0.05)。结论:针刺华佗夹脊、内关等穴位对3组阿片类药物依赖稽延性戒断症状气血两虚型患者有显著的疗效。Objective ： to investigate the influence of curative effect on three groups using the same acupuncture method. Methods ：75 cases were equally divided into three groups with different degrees of drug addiction. Acupuncture treatments use the identical method, at one time record the symptom scores before and the fifth and the tenth and fifteenth respectively of acupuncture treatment. Resul~： Resets of the total effective rate was 68% in A group and 72% in B group and 80% in C group. Comparison among three groups was no statistical significance （ X2 = 1. 061, P = 0. 588 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncturing of Huatuo Jjiaji points,nei kuan,ho ku,tsu san li,san yin chiao points has good effect to protracted withdrawal syndrome.
