摘　　要：柴胡桂枝干姜汤是《伤寒论》中一首名方,其功效被历代前贤所推崇,试以3个医案为契机,着重阐述了王庆国教授临床上活用柴胡桂枝干姜汤的经验,从中亦反映了经方在临床上治疗疑难杂病之奇特疗效。Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Formula is a famous decoction from The Treatise of Febrile Disease, whose therapeutic effects had been recognized for decades. Based on the analysis of 3 clinical cases in which professor Qingguo Wang uses Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Formula flexibly, we investingate the profound therapeutic effects of this decoction in dealing with complicated diseases.
