摘　　要：对大栗鳃金龟蒙古亚种Melolontha hippocastani mongolicaMenetries成虫的出土、取食、交配、产卵等进行了观察研究。在康定,成虫4月底开始出土,5月中旬—6月下旬为出土高峰期。成虫可多次交配,交配时间为(115.6±24.4)min(n=10)。交配日节律呈"M"形,在中午和晚上各有1个高峰。产卵前,成虫潜入地表下10 cm以内做一圆形产卵室,卵产于其中,堆状,每室产卵(33.7±7.0)粒(n=10)。The emergence, feeding, mating and oviposition of Melolontha hippocastani mongolica adults were observed. The adults emerged in the end of April in KangDing with a peak between mid May and the last ten days of June. They could mate several times and the duration of mating usually lasted for （115.6±24.4） min（n = 10）. The mating rhythm was ＂M＂ shape with two peaks at noon and night. Before oviposition,the female made a round chamber about 10 cm under the ground surface and laid eggs in the chamber . There were （33.7±7.0 ）eggs（n = 10）per chamber.
