摘　　要：揭示了等节距圆锥螺旋压缩弹簧的载荷与变形之间的非线性关系,采用MATLAB优化工具箱中的fmincon函数对弹簧进行有约束非线性优化设计,根据优化设计的参数,利用Pro/E软件建立实体模型,并进行有限元分析,以此来验证设计结果的有效性。This paper first reveals the nonlinear relationship between the load and the deformation of conoid helical-coil compression spring with equal pitch, then makes a constrained nonlinear optimization with the function fmincon in MATLAB optimization toolbox, according to the optimization＇s parameters, uses Pro/E to establish a solid model, and carries on the finite element analysis to verify the effectiveness of optimal design.
