小麦幼胚脱分化过程中CDPKs基因的差异表达分析

摘  要:为了解研究蛋白激酶(CDPKs)在小麦幼胚脱分化过程中的作用,利用Affymetrix小麦基因芯片检测了小麦幼胚脱分化过程中CDPKs基因的表达变化。结果表明,在检测到的16个CDPKs基因中,有13个基因在小麦幼胚脱分化过程中发生了有意义的变化,其中上调表达基因有5个,上调2-6.5倍,下调表达基因有8个,下调2-16倍。根据已知CDPKs生物功能和它们表达变化趋势以及这些变化趋势与脱分化过程中的吻合程度分析结果,推测CPK6、BJ286005、CK211705、BJ274015和BJ246895参与了小麦幼胚脱分化过程的启动和愈伤组织的形成。To study functions of CDPKs in the dedifferentiation of immature wheat embryo, the expression profiles of CDPKs genes were analyzed by Affymetrix Microarray technique during wheat immature embryo dedifferentiation. The results showed that 13 of 16 CDPKs genes detected by microarray were significantly changed in expression pattern in this process. Among of these, 5 genes were up-regulated by 2 - 6.5 times, and 8 genes were down-regulated by 2-16 times. According to the known functions of CDPKs, their changed trend and the coincidence of the trend with the dedifferentiation, it was predicted that CPK6,BJ286005,CK211705, and BJ274015 might play roles in the initiation of dedifferentiation and the formation of ealli of immature wheat embryos.
