摘　　要：针对山西华圣铝业有限公司采用的32罐顺流式煅烧炉,在烘炉过程中硅砖晶型转化和炉体体积变化的有效控制进行了阐述,同时对国内的铝用炭素罐式煅烧炉烘炉状况做了简单介绍,并指出了炭素大型罐式煅烧炉烘炉温度控制的消化利用。The article reviews the conversion of crystal type of silica brick and the effective control of volume ehane in calciner body in the process of drying, with regard to 32 - can downstream calciner used in Shanxi Huasheng Aluminium Co. At the same time, it briefly introduces the status of the retort calciner for aluminium carbon industry in China and points out how to have the temperature control of large retort calciner as well.
