摘　　要：结合内直翅辐射炉管的成功使用经验,总结该辐射炉管的优点,介绍其抗蠕变、耐高温、抗渗碳、抗氧化及可焊性能,并针对其结构尺寸提出了该炉管在制造过程中需要注意的检验要点。Combined with the successful application of radiant tube with internal straight fin in China,this paper introduces the advantages of the radiant tube,analyzes the characteristics of its material including good creep resistance,high temperature resistance,carburization resistance, oxidation resistance and weldability,and summarizes the essentials of inspection during the manufacture of radiant tube to ensure the manufacture quality and application of radiant tube.
