第三亚欧大陆桥西南通道建设的影响及推进的建议

摘　　要：第三亚欧大陆桥西南通道的建设是落实把云南建成中国连接东南亚和南亚国际大通道目标的重要一环。目前西南通道沿线的东南亚和南亚国家已逐步加入了泛亚铁路和亚洲公路网协议,为推进西南通道的建设创造了良好的外部环境。本文从西南大陆桥与泛亚铁路和亚洲公路网的关系入手,阐释了第三亚欧大陆桥建设的积极影响,以及对于中国继东向开放之后进一步向西开放、提升中国沿边开放的重要意义,并提出了推进第三亚欧大陆桥西南通道建设的建议。The construction of the Southwest Corridor of the Third Asia-Euro Continental Bridge is an important aspect for carrying out the goal of building Yunnan into an international corridor of China in connecting Southeast Asia and South Asia.At present,Southeast Asian and South Asian countries along the Southwest Corridor have one after another joined the Trans-Asian Railway and Asian Highway Network Agreement,which created a favorable external environment for the construction of Southwest Corridor.The paper,starting from the relation between the Southwest Continental Bridge and the Trans-Asia Highway network,interprets the positive impacts of the construction of the Third Asia-Euro Continental Bridge and its significance of China's further opening westward after opening eastward for upgrading China's forntier development,and put forward proposals on promoting the construction of the Southwest Corridor of the Third Asia-Euro Continental Bridge.
