摘　　要：建设第三亚欧大陆桥建设面临的困难和问题主要有:涉及国家多、牵涉面广、国际协调难度大;运营效益将面临传统海运和国际物流市场竞争和分流;建设工程浩大,融资困难;因穿越多个国际战略敏感区,有可能受到地缘政治和大国博弈的影响,等等。以构建沿桥国家共同利益、实现互利共赢为基本出发点,在全面系统调研、综合考虑各种复杂因素的基础上,制定出一个能为相关国家所接受的切实可行的方案,是该项目启动前应完成的首要任务。This paper discusses some of the challenges that the construction of the Third Asia-Euro Continental Bridge would face.It is a multi-country initiative and the complexity of coordinating all of the concerned countries could not be easily achieved;the competition from traditional maritime transportation and international logistics market may reduce its effectiveness;the difficulties in financing may jeopardise such a vast project;and the sensitivities of the region and geo-political factors may have impact on the project.The task to be taken prior the initiation of the project is,with the principle of mutual-prosperity as its core,taking into all the factors into consideration and based on a careful research,forming a feasible plan which is acceptable to all of the concerned countries.
