含硫烟气处理造纸黑液的试验研究

摘　　要：研究了用模拟燃煤烟道气处理草浆造纸黑液回收木质素的反应。结果表明,黑液pH值是沉淀过程中最重要的参数,同时也与反应历程存在着固有联系。处理后黑液pH值能降到4.0左右,COD去除率可达60.0％,SO_2去除率75.0％～99.9％实现了以废治废。The reaction especially the effect of the pH in the acidulating black liquor of straw pulping plants by the absorption of sulphur dioxide are described. The pH of liquor can be declined to about 4. 0 and the COD be decreased by 60. 0% i while the most sulphur dioxide in the flue gas is removed. The pH of liquor is one of the most important parameters that are related to the process of reaction.
