辽宁沿海经济带产业布局与东北腹地经济结构调整互动研究

摘　　要：辽宁沿海经济带产业布局与东北腹地经济结构调整具有十分鲜明的关联性,充分发挥辽宁沿海经济带在产业、港口、人才和对外开放等方面的优势,对腹地经济结构调整与优化产生牵动与辐射作用。从辽宁沿海经济带及东北腹地具有的各种优势的关联性分析入手,依据产业链和产业集群发展的客观要求与现状,提出积极培育高科技产业、新型产业和主导产业,形成增长极;充分发挥沿海港口的综合功能,使之成为东北腹地对外开放的窗口;发展优势产业,发挥产业集群对腹地产业结构调整的辐射作用;加大政府对构建全面互动的大东北产业体系的财政支持力度;为大东北产业体系全面振兴提供金融政策支撑等八项实现互动的对策。There exists an obvious relationship between the industrial layout of the Liaoning coastal economic belt and the economic structural readjustment of the Northeast hinterland. The relevance in advantage between the coastal economic belt of Liaoning Province and the economic structural readjustment of the Northeast hinterland is analysed. Eight measures on how to make effective arrangements of the industrial layout and the hinterland economic structural readjustment are put forward as proposals.
