构建和谐社会与高等学校人才培养的思考

摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会是中国共产党适时提出的一项重大宏伟的战略目标,它对高等学校人才的培养提出了新的更高要求。因此,高等学校应确立"以育人为中心"的现代教育观,对大学生加强现代大学理念、优秀传统文化的教育,合作意识和团队精神的培养,注重创造和谐的校园环境,加快高素质教师队伍建设,促进人才全面和谐发展,更好地为建设社会主义和谐社会服务。To build a harmonious society of socialism is a great and magnificent strategic objective timely proposed by the Communist Party of China, which has raised much more requirements for cultivating high-quality talents in colleges and universities. Therefore, colleges and universities are suggested to develop the modem educational concept of humanism, strengthen students＇ concept of modem university, education of excellent traditional culture, concept of cooperation concept, and spirit of team work. Also, they are suggested to pay more attention to create a good and harmonious campus environment, accelerate the construction of high-quality teaching staff rank, promote college talents＇ comprehensive and harmonious development, and thus better serve the construction of a harmonious society of socialism.
