摘　　要：市场经济条件下,企业信用已经成为评价企业综合实力重要标准之一。随着第三方物流在我国的不断发展,有必要建立有效的第三方物流企业信用评价体系和方法,以便客观、科学反映第三方物流企业信用水平。文章构建了第三方物流企业信用评价指标体系,通过模糊层次分析法确定指标权重,最后结合实例对第三方物流企业信用水平做出评价。Under the condition of market economy, enterprise credit has become one of the most important standards that evaluate the enterprise comprehensive strength. With the development of the third part logistics m our country, it is necessary to establish a kind of effective credit evaluation method that can show the credit level of the TPL objectively and scientifically. This paper establishes an evaluation index system for the third part logistics enterprises, and determines the weight of every evaluation index with Fuzzy-AHP method. Then make an evaluation for the credit of the TPL enterprises followed by an example.
