摘　　要：微波功率放大器在卫星通信、雷达、电子对抗等领域有着广泛的应用,固态微波功放的设计技术属于电子对抗的前沿技术之一。通过一个Ku频段放大器的设计实例,介绍了如何用封装的放大管来设计微波功率放大器,并给出了试验结果。Microwave power amplifiers have wide applications in the fields of satellite communications, radar and electronic countermeasures. The design technology of solid- state microwave power amplifier is one of frontier- technologies in electronic countermeasures. Based on an example of the design of a Ku band power amplifier, the design method of utilizing a sealed power amplifying tube and the test results are represented in the paper.
