摘  要:[目的]观察整肤疗法对运动性疲劳大鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质的影响,以探索整肤疗法对中枢神经系统的作用机制。[方法]将40只SD雄性大鼠随即分成安静对照组、运动后即刻处死组、运动后自然恢复组及运动后整肤治疗组。除安静组外,其余组游泳运动至疲劳,即刻组立即处死取下丘脑,自然恢复组休息30min,整肤疗法组施以整肤治疗(提拉皮肤刺激)30min,两组均断头处死取出下丘脑,采用高效液相色谱-电化学检测法检测各组大鼠下丘脑中5-羟色胺(5-HT)和多巴胺(DA)水平。[结果]大鼠运动性疲劳后,下丘脑中的5-HT水平明显升高,DA水平则较明显降低;经过整肤治疗后,5-HT和DA水平虽然变化不明显,但是5-HT水平比自然恢复组低,DA水平已经比运动后即刻略有回升。[结论]整肤疗法在短时间内对运动性疲劳大鼠下丘脑中5-HT和DA水平的影响不明显,但能看出有促进疲劳恢复的趋势。[Objective] To observe the effects of Seifu Therapy on the metabolism of monoamine neurotransmitter in rat hypothalamus, and then to explore the function principle of central mechanism on Seifu Therapy. [Methods] 40 rats were randomly divided into the sedentary group , the death right after exercise group , the natural rest group and Seifu group. Apart from the sedentary group, rats in the other three groups were swimmed until fatigue, and then rats in the death right after exercise group were killed immediately, rats in the natural rest group had a rest for 30 minutes,and Seifu group were treated by Seifu for 30 minutes before being killed.. High--performance liquid chromatographywith electrochemical detection was used to determine the contents of 5-- HT and DA. [Results] The contents of 5-- HT significantly increased , and the contents of DA significantly decreased compared with the sedentary group after fatigue . While the change of 5-- HT and DA was not obvious after Seifu, but the contents of 5--HT was lower than the natural rest group, and the contents of DA was higher a little than the death right after exercise group. [Conclusion] The effects on the contents of 5--HT and DA in the hypothalamus of fatigue rat was not obvious after Seifu in the short time, but it had some tendencies of promoting fatigue to recover.
